Needles must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Yarn must be returned within 3 months of purchase.

You may return/exchange:

Yarn and Needles IF:

• they are unused.
• in condition to be resold.
• in the original packaging.
• not purchased on sale or with a frequent buyer discount.

You may not return/exchange:

• Books and leaflet patterns.
• Yarn that has been wound into balls.
• Any materials included in the price of a class.
• Special Orders.
• Anything purchased on sale or with a frequent buyer discount.
